Your Role

As a SharePoint & Power BI Support Analyst at Capgemini, you will provide operational and ticket-based support across a Microsoft technology ecosystem, ensuring business users receive timely and effective assistance. You will be responsible for resolving issues related to Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, user access management, and selected third-party applications.

This role is idóneo for a professional with strong troubleshooting skills, experience supporting Microsoft platforms, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment.

Responsibilities & Scope
- Provide high-volume,



ticket-based support for business users across multiple applications and platforms.
- Support and troubleshoot issues related to:
- Power BI
- SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises
- Microsoft Excel
- Assist with basic security administration, including user access requests, permissions management, and application access support.
- Support business-critical third-party applications such as MRI, Argus, Nexus Payable, and other enterprise tools.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while meeting established service levels and performance standards.
- Escalate complex issues when required and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
- Document incident resolutions, troubleshooting steps, and support procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in support processes and knowledge management.
- Provide coverage aligned with business and operational requirements, including collaboration across global delivery teams.
