Work Model: You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location, with flexibility to work remotely.

The Regal Rexnord Supply Chain Early Career Rotational Program is a 24-month program that consists of three eight-month rotations within six primary areas of focus. The program combines a “learn by doing” approach with career mentoring and select leadership and professional development training opportunities to accelerate associates’ early career development. Our objective is to organically develop talent within the Supply Chain function in Regal Rexnord to support our business prospectively. Participants will develop a business oriented, cross functional understanding of Regal Rexnord while learning the fundamentals within Supply Chain. The program’s focus is on providing various experiences that will build upon your education to enhance your business and technical skills along with leadership competencies needed to create the foundation for a successful career.



It is a progressive and challenging program that provides associates a breadth of unique experiences in various aspects of Supply Chain that will shape you into the leaders of the future. The areas of focus will be:
- Category Management Sourcing (Direct/Indirect)
- Materials Planning/Purchasing
- Supplier Quality & Development
- Program Management
- Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning
- Logistics

Responsibilities may include material planning, demand planning, inventory management, logistics, internal process improvement, category strategy support, and supplier management.
Upon successful completion of the rotations, Supply Chain ECRP graduates are offered an opportunity in the aforementioned areas.
