Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Debug Technician_ located in _Aguascalientes_
Analyze and diagnose PCBAs in the "Office Solution" segment with functional failures originating from test equipment, address line stoppages resulting from these failures, and provide support to give appropriate feedback to related areas to correct or contain the manufacturing defects found.
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Troubleshoots and repairs complex mechanical and electrical assemblies used in equipment at the component level._
- _ Operates electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and conducts special tests as required._
- _ Provides technical assistance and guidance to other technical personnel._
- _ Collaborates with engineering on functionality issues and procedure updates._
- _ Presents training, when necessary, to the new build and service assembler teams._
- _ Contributes to the development of work instructions, batch records, equipment logs, material specifications and other device history documents._
- _ Helps monitor productivity of our equipment by tracking yields and equipment cycle rates._
- _ Assists with the installation, debug and validation of process equipment._
- _ Follows all safety guidelines and reports unsafe conditions to supervisor._
- _ Develops and maintains Debug Guide to troubleshoot PCBA._
- _ Provides training and PCBA debugging guidance to other debug technicians._
