**Key Responsibilities**:
- Follow up with client prospects and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Manage ongoing client accounts, including contract renewals, updates, and additional service requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Payroll, Benefits) to deliver accurate proposals and solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns or escalations professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account updates in internal systems.
- Prepare periodic reports on account activity, opportunities, and client feedback.
- Support process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
Experiência y requisitos
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in client service, account management, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or client management systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
