**Responsibilities**
- Engage with potential and existing customers through outbound telemarketing and outside sales efforts to promote our products and services.
- Conduct effective negotiations to close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and transaction details.
- Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively in fluent English, adapting messaging for multilingual audiences when necessary.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns that attract new clients and retain current ones.




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in fluent English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of sales administration processes and analysis techniques to optimize performance.
- Familiarity with insurance sales or benefits administration is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles, customer service excellence, and compliance standards such as HIPAA where applicable.
