The Role
What You’ll Do
Shape the Strategy
- Develop and continuously evolve Kyndryl’s RDC real estate strategy
- Translate business demand and capacity needs into portfolio plans and transaction pipelines
- Lead scenario planning and optimization initiatives (build, consolidate, exit)

Lead Portfolio Performance
- Maintain visibility into portfolio footprint, cost, utilization, and risk
- Drive cost optimization and footprint rationalization initiatives
- Define and track key performance metrics and KPIs

Drive Execution




- Oversee the full transaction lifecycle (site selection, lease negotiation, build, exit)
- Partner with and govern external service providers and brokers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to standard

Lead with Data
- Champion data accuracy, reporting, and governance aligned to ONE Data strategy
- Enable data-driven decision-making
- Ensure readiness for audit, compliance, and controls frameworks

Engage Stakeholders
- Partner with senior leaders across RDC, Finance, and Operations
- Build and present executive-level business cases and recommendations
- Translate complex portfolio decisions into clear, actionable insights

Who You Are
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, infrastructure, or portfolio management
- Proven experience managing general real estate portfolios and transactions
- Strong background working with third-party service providers (e.g., JLL, Cushman & Wakefi
