Position Summary

As a Senior Operations Analyst for Workforce Identity,



your primary responsibility will be supporting and optimizing Identity provider (IdP) related operations, particularly user onboarding, lifecycle management, and governance. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining system availability, facilitating automation, and ensuring a seamless user experience while adhering to security and compliance standards. In addition to Okta and Entra, you will contribute to broader Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Workforce Identity, this role requires advanced technical expertise, a proactive approach to automation, and collaborative engagement with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational expert for Okta, focusing on configuration, deployment, and management of identity workflows.
- Lead efforts to automate recurring identity operations tasks, using tools like Okta Workflows, PowerShell, and Python scripting.
