What You'll Do
As a Customer Training Specialist, you will play a key role in helping customers successfully adopt Vincent & vLex solutions. You'll design and deliver engaging training programs, support onboarding, improve product adoption, and partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to create an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onboarding and advanced training sessions for customers in virtual and in-person formats.
- Customize training content to meet the needs of the Mexican legal market and corporate customers.
- Create learning materials, including guides, videos, webinars, and other educational resources.
- Partner with Customer Success, Account Management, Renewals, and Sales teams to improve customer adoption and engagement.




- Monitor training effectiveness and customer adoption using HubSpot and other internal tools.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve training programs and product adoption.
- Support product launches by delivering webinars and enablement sessions.
- Help ensure a smooth transition from implementation through long-term customer success.
- As the business grows, expand training support to Academic and Government customers and other LATAM markets.

What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Training, Customer Success, Enablement, or Corporate Training, preferably in SaaS or LegalTech.
- Native or fluent Spanish and intermediate to advanced English (B2+).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and e-learning/LMS tools.
