- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 days remote).

NOV is seeking an experienced LATAM Payroll Manager to lead the delivery of multi-country payroll operations across Latin America. Reporting directly to the Director, Global Payroll, this role will oversee payroll services for countries including Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Peru, and Trinidad & Tobago, with additional countries expected to be added as the regional payroll function continues to grow.
The successful candidate will lead a team of Payroll Administrators while partnering closely with ADP, HR, Finance, Payroll Technology, and external payroll providers to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across the region.
This position plays a key role in driving payroll governance, process standardization, data integrity, vendor management, payroll technology initiatives, and continuous improvement within a integral shared services environment.
