About the role
We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our Onsite Technology team in Mexico City. In this role, you will provide hands-on IT support across workplace technologies, infrastructure, asset lifecycle management, and end-user services. You will play a key role in ensuring reliable technology operations, supporting business users, including VIP stakeholders, and contributing to technology projects that enable business continuity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical support for incidents, service requests, and workplace technology needs across supported business units.
- Manage the IT asset lifecycle, including installation, relocation, configuration, upgrades, and decommissioning of devices and equipment.
- Support hardware and software asset management, inventory accuracy, tracking, and compliance activities.
- Troubleshoot end-user devices, printers, collaboration technologies, LAN connectivity, and local infrastructure issues.
- Deliver high-quality support for VIP users while ensuring service level commitments are met.
