Sr. Sales Manager, Non-Endemic and Acquisition, Amazon Ads Are you an advertising sales leader with a reputation for developing and motivating the best talent? We are looking for an analytical thinker who has experience, and will be excited to develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes and programs for our Non-Endemic advertisers (e.g. Automotive, Financial Services, Telco) in the Large Customer Sales org, along with our high-growth new customer acquisition team. We need a leader who can work and thrive in a fast pace environment and utilize their great communication skills to manage a top performing sales team that work across a wide variety of verticals.
Responsibilities Hire and develop the best: attract, hire and retain top sales talent
Be a strong leader of leaders: front line managers lead teams of 8+ direct reports
Create and implement sales programs and tools that help to increase the performance of your team
Coach your team to analyze the performances of their customers' campaigns and provide optimization recommendations to their advertisers and agencies
Promote customer obsession: ensure that our advertisers and their agencies receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality work
Partner across organizations to ensure that your team is setup for success
Basic Qualifications 12+ years of B2B sales experience
Experience managing teams who deliver on defined goals and timelines
Experience hiring and retaining sales talent
Experience building new customer relationships
Preferred Qualifications Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
Experience of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
