As a Customer Quality Engineer you will be the strategic quality liaison between us and automotive customers, being the voice of the customer to ensure their requirements and specifications are translated throughout the operation. You will focus on leading proactive complaint resolution through structured methodologies like 8D.
You will report to CQE Coordinator.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead customer complaint resolution coordinating root cause investigation and corrective actions.
- Manage PPAP process for new products and changes, meeting specific customer requirements.
- Act as primary contact for customer quality inquiries and communications.
- Represent Quality in launch teams ensuring completion of APQP activities.
- Negotiate with customers on quality issues to minimize financial and scorecard impacts.
- Monitor customer portals and communicate internally.
- Coordinate containment and handling of non-conforming products at customer location.
- Provide customer feedback to plant and R&D; teams for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive quality engineering with direct customer interface responsibilities.




- Experience with automotive quality Core Tools and quality management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
- Demonstrated experience with structured problem-solving methodologies including 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa diagrams.
- Documented experience in customer negotiations and customer portal management systems.
- Fluent English.
