You will report to Optima Solutions Application & Advanced Process Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Improve value creation/value capture proposes novel solutions based on the customers' needs.
- Identify and propose launch solutions, ensure launch success and engineering of solutions across our.
- Lead our internal and external teams to ensure efficient fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Responsible for paid for customer training in field of expertise or designating appropriate trainers.
- Ensure PPG technologies deliver performance outcomes on customer operations, driving customer retention and expansion opportunities.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Green or yellow belt desirable.
- Open to travel as needs require.
- Fluent English
- Robot programming experience.
- 4+ years of experience in liquid paint for OEM's.
