**Who You Are**
**Job Summary**
The SAP Consultant is a mid-level delivery role responsible for leading SAP workstreams and owning solution components across complex client engagements. This role acts as a trusted advisor, ensuring high-quality SAP solution design, delivery, and stabilization while mentoring junior consultants.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead SAP solution design, configuration, and delivery for assigned workstreams
- Own SAP components through build, test, go-live,



and post go-live stabilization
- Act as a primary SAP point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and quality reviews for junior consultants
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, delivery standards, and project timelines
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and delivery excellence
**Required Qualifications**
- **10+ years of SAP consulting experience SAP FI / CO, SAP MM / SD / PP, SAP EWM / SCM, SAP S/4HANA (core), etc**:
- Proven participation in **at least 4 SAP implementations**(end-to-end or major phases)
- Strong experience in complex SAP landscapes (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
- Demonstrated ability to lead SAP workstreams and manage delivery responsibilities
- Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP business processes and integrations
- Fluent business-level English
**Certifications**
- **SAP certifications are a strong plus**:
- Formal SAP training and continuous learning highly valued
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in global or multi-country SAP projects
- Background in large consulting firms or system integratorsExposure to pre-sales activities, estimations, or solution design support
