**Position Responsibilities**
- Oversee the accounting team’s daily activities in areas including cash management, fixed assets, and other accounting functions.
- Review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead audits by reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure legendary service and efficient operations.
- Train and develop team members to strengthen individual and team performance.
- Research emerging accounting procedures and their effect on Uline financial statements.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA** preferred.**
- 5+ years of accounting experience. Supervisory or team management experience **preferred.**
- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% fluent in both verbal and written forms.**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Oracle General Ledger or similar G/L systems experience **a plus.**
