About the Role:

As our Graphic Designer, you will be a key player in translating business goals into effective design solutions across our integral regions. You’ll support a massive range of channels including email, web merchandising, social media, direct mail, and Point of Sale materials.

This role requires a designer who is not only creative and technically precise but also a confident communicator in both English and Spanish.

What You’ll Do:
- Create & Execute:



Develop stunning design solutions across digital, web, and print formats based on creative direction.
- Scale Master Concepts: Take a campaign "hero" image and adapt it into dozens of variations, layouts, and sizes without losing an ounce of brand integrity.
- Collaborate Globally: Partner with Marketing stakeholders and internal creative teams across different time zones to interpret briefs and refine designs.
- Production Excellence: Manage the technical side- resizing, reformatting, and versioning assets with excellent organization.
- Quality Control: Perform meticulous reviews to ensure every asset is tech-ready, brand-compliant, and pixel-perfect before delivery.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with external partners to ensure production specs (bleeds, color formats, etc.) are spot-on for print and digital.
