The Position
At Roche Oncology, for over fifty years we have been pushing the boundaries of science to transform cancer care. In the Breast Cancer segment, our research and solutions aim to redefine treatment standards for one of our two segments. As highlighted in our recent general financial results, Oncology represents the largest foundation of Roche Pharmaceuticals, generating 7.4 billion Swiss francs in the first half of 2026 alone and accounting for nearly one third of total pharmaceutical division sales.
The Oncology Division at Roche continues to deliver exceptional performance,
backed by strong growth in Operating Profit and market leadership in innovative therapies. Flagship solutions like Phesgo continue their rapid adoption, while new breakthrough therapies lead the next wave of fast launches in breast cancer.
The Opportunity
Embedded directly within the cross functional Breast Cancer Squad and reporting to the Breast Cancer Squad Lead, the Product Manager Oncology (Marketing Value Manager) acts as an energetic marketing leader, driving the generation of Roche Value. In this role, you will also guide and empower the junior marketing talent, including the marketing coordinator and trainees, fostering their development as they support daily marketing activities.
You will drive the marketing strategy, launch acceleration, and life cycle management for one of the key segments of our Breast Cancer portfolio in Mexico, translating scientific innovation into rapid patient access.
