The Trade Compliance Manager leads the Mexico Global Trade Compliance function, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and international trade laws. This role partners with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to minimize compliance risks, support business objectives, and drive consistent trade compliance practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Mexico Integral Trade Compliance team and provide strategic direction for compliance activities.
- Monitor regulatory and legislative changes, updating policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations,



customs requirements, and Free Trade Agreements (FTAs).
- Partner with General Trade Compliance teams to standardize processes, tariff classifications, and trade programs.
- Communicate regulatory changes and compliance risks to senior leadership.
- Lead customs audits, government inquiries, and ensure audit readiness through proper documentation.
- Manage relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, government agencies, and external advisors.
- Oversee tariff classification, country of origin, customs valuation, and other trade compliance requirements.
- Develop and improve trade compliance policies, internal controls, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to support compliant global operations.
