Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with partner/channel pipeline development and management, and go-to-market strategies.
- 6 years of experience in technology related sales or business development working with the public sector or technology.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience guiding partners or customers through complex IT migrations, enterprise cloud economics, and organizational change management.
- Familiarity with the Agentic Workplace Transformation (AWT) framework, including AI agent platforms, Gemini Enterprise, and no-code/low-code workflow automation .
- Track record of partnership management with solutions providers, system integrators (SIs), or integral system integrators (GSIs) in Mexico or LATAM.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
