In this role, you will oversee end-to-end operations within the production facility, ensuring efficient, cost-effective delivery while meeting customer expectations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and EHS to optimize performance and deliver results that matter.

How you’ll make an impact
- Lead daily manufacturing operations aligned with the ITM Management System
- Ensure delivery targets are met across safety, quality, and production goals
- Optimize use of labor, equipment, and materials
- Drive a zero-incident safety culture and promote HOP principles
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and A3
- Enhance operational performance, including productivity, throughput, and OEE
- Partner cross-functionally to meet customer and compliance requirements
- Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching and accountability
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
