Is responsible for overseeing strategic out-licensing partnerships within Mexico, ensuring strong governance, alignment of objectives, and sustainable value creation for both Viatris and its external partners.
This role acts as the central point of contact for partnership management, driving performance,



resolving issues, and ensuring effective collaboration. The position holds full P&L; accountability for assigned partnerships, ensuring delivery of financial targets while strengthening long-term strategic relationships.
Key responsibilities for this role include:

Partnership Strategy & Governance
- Lead the governance of out-licensing partnerships, ensuring clear alignment on objectives, roles, and performance expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between Viatris and external partners.
- Ensure structured governance forums (e.g., performance reviews, joint business planning).
- Maintain strong alignment with internal stakeholders across functions.

P&L; Ownership & Business Performance
- Own full P&L; for assigned partnerships, ensuring delivery of revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive corr
