What You'll Do
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for telecommunications projects.Source, attract, interview, and evaluate qualified candidates.Recruit technical, operational, and engineering professionals across multiple telecom disciplines.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment strategies.Conduct direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, OCC, Boolean Search, and additional recruitment channels.Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and hiring processes.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified telecom talent.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Monitor recruitment KPIs and deliver timely hiring results.
We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration,



or a related field.Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience within the Telecommunications industry.Proven experience recruiting technical and operational telecom professionals.Experience working with high-volume recruitment and project-based hiring.Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.BILINGUAL ENGLISH SPANISH
