Key Activities
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of the Electronic Product Catalog (EPC) by reviewing and validating new content using quality control tools.
- Perform advanced data entry using internal tools, including queries and macros.
- Manage and process large volumes of data using Excel and Access databases.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- Create and maintain documentation to support process improvements.
- Develop and improve value-added product content, including:
- Digital assets
- Marketing copy
- Features and benefits
- Product specifications
- Cross-references and cross-selling content
- Keyword alias and search optimization content
**Job Requirements**
- **Education**: High school diploma required or Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in database management, customer service,



or electronic catalog systems.
- **Language**: Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills and quick learner.
- Ability to manage and process large datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Clear understanding of consumer-focused content needs.
