The Finished Goods Planner is responsible for strategic demand planning and procurement of Donaldson’s finished products across regional distribution centers. Utilizing tools like Oracle, BI, and ASCP the Planner optimizes inventory levels to meet customer demand and service commitments while maximizing inventory turnover.
This role ensures forecast accuracy, proactively manages shipment schedules by expediting or delaying deliveries as needed, and maintains data integrity within planning systems. With a strong analytical and collaborative approach, the Planner II supports continuous supply chain improvements, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction throughout the region.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Manage purchase orders and interplant replenishment to ensure product availability and customer service levels.
- Monitor inventory health through ITOs, DIOs, excess & obsolete analysis, and planning parameter maintenance.
- Coordinate supplier reschedules, pull-ins, push-outs,



and cancellations based on demand changes.
- Track and resolve past due orders and non-available late shipments while maintaining accurate system updates.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, suppliers, and manufacturing plants to align priorities and improve service performance.
- Support phase in / phase out transitions and sourcing changes to ensure smooth execution.
- Validate import invoices and resolve invoice holds in Oracle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process enhancements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in inventory planning, supply planning, procurement, or related supply chain roles.
- Experience with Oracle R12 and planning systems such as ASCP preferred.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
