Drive effective internal communication strategies to strengthen employee engagement, organizational culture, and a sense of belonging. Ensure clear, timely, and impactful communication across the organization.
**- Key Responsibilities**:
**- Content Creation & Editing**:
- Ensure all communications are accurate, clear, and appropriate before dissemination
- **Campaign Coordination**:
- Organize and manage logistics for communication campaigns requested by various departments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure message alignment.
- Support and follow up on employee engagement surveys and recognition campaigns.
- Maintain updated employee databases for communication purposes.
- **Channel Management**:
- **Graphic & Video Design**:
- Design basic graphic materials for internal communication purposes.
- Video Edition and creation for Articulate Project.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure message alignment.
- Support the implementation of organizational culture initiatives.
**- Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Organizational Psychology, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications or related areas.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Premier, Ai, Canva, PowerPoint).
- Strong writing and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure.
