**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Major Job Responsibilities**:
- Receive warranty returned parts and perform initial inspection
- Per narratives determine required tests for initial analysis and failure mode verification
- Specify Tests for different Labs required for analysis (Dimensional, Materials, X Ray, etc.)
- Perform tests and analysis to determine warranty failure root cause
- Support Warranty Engineers as required
- Responsible to develop track and maintain FDM Warranty Data Base
- Responsible to track and maintain Customers Warranty Systems
- Responsible to track and maintain FDM Warranty Inventory
