**Job Summary**
We are looking for a bilingual HR Generalist to lead our **Compensation & Benefits** operations. This role is responsible for the full employee lifecycle—including onboarding, offboarding, and reporting—while specifically managing our benefits portfolio (Meal Vouchers and Pension Plans) to ensure competitive and compliant administration.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Quantitative Benefits Administration**: Manage the financial administration and optimization of core compensation-linked benefits, specifically **Pension Plans** and **Meal Vouchers.**:
- **Employee Lifecycle & Operations**:Assist** in the onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring all compensation data and benefit enrollments are correctly updated during employee transitions.
- **Compensation Analysis**: Support salary benchmarking, annual compensation reviews, and bonus structure maintenance.
- **HR Analytics & Reporting**: Create and maintain **detailed HR reports** and dashboards to track turnover, compensation costs,
and benefit utilization.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Act as the main point of contact for employees and providers regarding benefits and payroll-related inquiries.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in HR Generalist roles with a strong focus on **Compensation administration**.
- **Languages**:Advanced English proficiency** (written and spoken) is essential.
- **Technical Skills**: Advanced Excel (pivots, vlookups) and experience with HRIS for reporting and employee data management.
- **Expertise**: Solid knowledge of benefit provider management (pension funds and voucher platforms) and local labor regulations.
- **Core Competencies**: High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.
