**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Support the design, analysis, and evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and in accordance with business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements.
- Support Steam Turbine Conversion, Modification, and Upgrade (CM&U;) delivery through engineering analysis and design of rotating steampath components.
- Work with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to support project execution and engineering decisions.
- Use analytical thinking and engineering fundamentals to solve straightforward technical problems with guidance.
- Build technical knowledge in steam turbine rotating components, steampath design practices, and applicable engineering tools and methods.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve technical processes, documentation, and design practices.
- Document technical work, lessons learned, and engineering results clearly and accurately.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment through knowledge sharing, openness to feedback, and continuous learning.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited university or college.
- Demonstrated experience or foundational knowledge in mechanical component design, manufacturing support, or structural/mechanical analysis.

- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
