ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer point of contact for the assembly group quality.

Lead 8D investigation and customer response.

Supervise lab group as quality lead.

ISO/TS 16949 Internal Quality System Audit management.
Ford Easy system, General Motors PPR system usage, etc.

Participate in APQP meetings and Design Review activity related to the molding process.
Layered Process Audit management.
Train or coordinate the training of departmental personnel to perform their job responsibilities in a proficient manner.
Knowledge and practice of Hutchinson’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures and requirements.
Monitor hold cage and material disposition.
Waste reduction team member.

Data collection for metric reporting.





Continuous improvement team member.

Review customer portals for site status.

Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience
Advanced English
