Responsibilities

Implement HSE management system and deploy general HSE minimum standards

Track KPIs and annual improvement plans and report performance to relevant stakeholders

Lead ISO audits within the scope of ISO standards

Secure required permits and licenses and ensure audit readiness

Requirements

HSE degree/diploma or equivalent qualification

ISO 14001/45001/50001 internal auditor certification

Incident investigation certification (e.g., ICAM/Tap RooT)

First aid / emergency response certification

5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations

Core Competencies
Demonstrates expertise in implementing HSE management systems and deploying global HSE minimum standards, with a strong focus on tracking KPIs and ensuring audit readiness. Possesses extensive experience in manufacturing operations and holds relevant certifications to support incident investigation and emergency response.
