Coordinate and supervise the buying team and ensure that the deliveries of the plans developed comply with the designed strategies.
- 1. Supervise the execution of assigned tasks by your staff through weekly review meetings to ensure that departmental objectives are met.
- 2. Participate in and ensure compliance with safety projects and guidelines.
- 3. Promote and participate in continuous improvement projects, considering the scope of your job.
- 4. Oversee the receipt of raw materials by reviewing purchasing metrics to ensure the execution of the Production Plan.
- 5. Evaluate and improve the performance of your staff by promoting training and development to raise the overall level of the team
**Job Requirements**:
- EDUCATION- University degree in International Trade, International Business or Business Administration.
- ENGLISH LEVEL- Advanced English.
EXPERIENCE- Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position.
COMPUTER SKILLS- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems.
- OTHER SKILLS- CPIM Certification in APICS (Desired).

Monitor timely payments to suppliers through weekly meetings with the finance department to prevent delays in the arrival of raw materials.
- 7. Attend and organize weekly meetings to review and present metrics with buyers, purchasing management, planning, and the Materials Director.
- 8. Perform other duties inherent to the position according to the needs of the company. Purpose: To meet the established goals of the organization.
- 9. Comply with safety, hygiene and environmental programs and policies, with a preventive and educational approach that allows preventing accidents and occupational diseases, improving working conditions, and reducing environmental impacts.
