**Payroll Analyst**

**About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst to join a dynamic integral team supporting high-volume payroll operations in Mexico. This position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level payroll professional with strong expertise in Mexican payroll regulations, payroll processing, and compliance in fast-paced environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process regular and non-regular payroll cycles accurately and on time
- Administer payroll activities including wage calculations, overtime, deductions, terminations, and special payments
- Maintain and manage time & attendance records and payroll-related documentation
- Ensure compliance with Mexican payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor requirements
- Support payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting activities
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure payroll accuracy
- Generate payroll reports and maintain confidential employee payroll data
- Assist with process improvements and payroll system administration
**Required Qualifications**
- 7+ years of experience in Mexican payroll processing
- Proven experience handling high-volume payroll environments with 500+ employees




- Strong knowledge of Mexican payroll regulations, labor laws, taxes, and compliance requirements
- Advanced Excel skills
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems (any payroll platform experience is acceptable)
- Professional working proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Stable career history with mínimal employment gaps or short-term projects
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Exposure to Brazilian payroll processes or regulations
- Portuguese language skills
- Experience in healthcare or manufacturing industries
- Experience working in multinational or regional payroll operations
