**Req ID**:
We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist Advisor to join our team in Mexico City, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design, train, optimize, and deploy **Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models**.
- Implement algorithms for **supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning**.
- Build and maintain **APIs** for ML/AI model consumption.
- Prepare, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, backend, frontend, data, and UX.
- Deploy and manage solutions in **cloud environments** (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Monitor model performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
- Produce clear technical documentation and process guidelines.
**Technical Requirements**:
**Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence**:
- Strong knowledge of:
- Regression, classification, clustering
- Neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers
- NLP and/or Computer Vision (preferred)
- Experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as:
- TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, Keras




- Understanding of **MLOps** principles and the full model lifecycle.
**Web Development**:
- Experience developing Web Applications using:
- **Frontend**: React, Angular, or Vue (at least one)
- **Backend**: Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django), Node.js, or.NET
- Design and consumption of **REST APIs** and/or GraphQL.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Professional experience:
- 3 to 7 years in software development and/or data science (depending on seniority).
- Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions to production.
**Soft Skills**:
