Overview:
As an Associate Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering innovative recruitment technology to international clients. You will be responsible for implementing iCIMS talent management and AI-driven hiring solutions in customer-facing engagements.
This is a hands-on opportunity to build expertise in AI-driven hiring automation, system configuration, and technical implementation consulting within a fast-growing integral SaaS environment. You will support client conversations to define business processes, facilitate implementation meetings, and help translate requirements into scalable system solutions.
We hire at Entry or Junior level depending on your experience and client exposure — offering growth paths within implementation, consulting, and enterprise delivery.

**Responsibilities**:
- Configure AI chatbot flows and ATS modules using low-code platforms
- Turn recruitment processes into structured, scalable system workflows
- Execute setup tasks based on documented requirements
- Test, validate, and optimize system configurations
- Support and facilitate client conversations to define business processes
- Contribute to implementation projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization
- Support project planning, coordination, and status reporting (internally and externally)
- Assist with integration deployment oversight as required
- Manage multiple implementation workstreams of varying sizes and complexity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in internal and client meetings as required
Qualifications**:
- Experience & Background**
- 6 months+ of professional experience in client services, operations, HR tech, consulting, SaaS, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with low-code / no-code platforms such as chatbot builders, automation tools, or workflow engines (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier)
- Experience designing or implementing RPA solutions to automate business processes is a plus
- Familiarity with conversational interface design or recruitment technology is a plus
**Skills**
- Strong analytical thinking and sharp attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate client-facing meetings with confidence
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
**Language & Location**
- English proficiency at C1 level or above
- Currently based in Mexico with valid work authorization (CURP required)
Preferred:
- Experience translating business processes into structured system configurations
- Ability to prioritize competing deliverables, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Exposure to U.S.based or international clients
- Background in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR technology
- Experience managing multiple implementation projects of varying sizes and complexity
