**Role Mission**
As Store Director, you will be the brand ambassador and leader of a team dedicated to delivering an exceptional shopping experience. - Master the analysis of sales data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management in the luxury retail sector or in a customer service-related industry.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Passion for fashion and luxury, and a deep understanding of market trends.
- Availability to work a versátil schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
