**Responsabilidades**:
**Material Readiness**: Ensure all components and raw materials are available, qualified, and meet specifications before production starts.
**Supplier Coordination**: Work with Materials team to confirm delivery schedules, quality standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Risk Management**: Identify potential supply chain risks (delays, shortages, quality issues) and develop mitigation plans.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams to align material assurance with product design and production needs.
**Continuous Improvement**: Monitor material performance during pilot runs and propose improvements for efficiency and reliability.
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. **Experience**: 3-7 years in materials management,
procurement, or quality assurance,. **Skills**: Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Understanding of NPI processes and product lifecycle management Supplier quality management and auditing experience Analytical and problem-solving skills
