Working with our team, you will work with multinational clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.





Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Reporting into an Account Manager based in our global office in Vilnius, Lithuania, you will act independently and assist senior colleagues in the provision of corporate subsidiary governance services to clients with worldwide presence.
- You will draft, review and file corporate and transactional documents and state forms for all stages of company lifecycle, i.e. from company incorporation through to dissolution, for clients in various Mexican states in accordance with legal requirements with agreed deadlines.
- You will conduct due diligence, order certified documents, conduct searches, complete registry and central bank filings.
- You will help to set up and maintain necessary accesses, registrations and compliance to regulations applicable to corporate secretarial services in Mexico.
