What your background should look like
Education and Experience Requirements
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Design automation systems integrated into cable production machines,
ensuring that all parts and components are compatible with each other and meet operational requirements.
• Advanced knowledge in the use of SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Good project management skill: ability to work on several projects at once.
• Create competitive strategies and plans.
• Experience at solving problems for process and designs.
• Interpersonal skills, communication and ability to multitask.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
A. NPI & Early Lifecycle Engineering (Primary Ownership)
• Provide deep technical guidance on PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, and SMT processes for all new products introduced at the site.
• Review design packages from Product/R&D; teams for DFM and process risk identification.
