About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Executive Recruiter who is best in class with a high IQ plus a high EQ. This role presents an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic,

As Sezzle's Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading senior-level talent acquisition across the organization, with a sharp focus on the Banking, FinTech, and Technology sectors. You will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, driving full-cycle executive searches for C-suite roles and board of directors appointments. This fully remote position requires a seasoned recruitment professional who excels at identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier executive and board-level talent across Latin American and general markets.
