Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to advance the organization’s analytical capabilities and modernize the FP&A; function. This role requires a unique combination of technical depth, financial acumen, and stakeholder leadership. The successful candidate will design and implement enterprise-grade BI solutions, conduct advanced financial analysis,



and serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders across the business.
This position will play a critical role in interpreting BMU performance, trends, and category-level insights while driving automation, standardization, and data integration across FP&A.; The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that support executive decision-making.

The Role
Business Intelligence & Data Engineering
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI solutions—including data models, semantic layers, and interactive dashboards—optimized for performance through query folding, model size reduction, and DAX tuning.
- Implement Microsoft Fabric components (Direct Lake, Lakehouse, semantic models) and apply Medallion architecture principles (Bronze/Silver/Gold) to deliver scalable, governed analytics.
