Job Description:

Monthly Salary: 10,000 - 15,000 MXN Pesos

Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to the Senior Operations Specialist, for developing and utilizing procedures necessary
to plan the product realization process and inventory control requirements in a way that
satisfies the demands of sales for lead time and customer satisfaction, while scheduling the
organizations resources in a way that meets the organization’s general objectives regarding
profitability, cost controls, and productivity.

Essential Functions:
· Respond to and manage customer-related issues, including system order entry,
processing incoming electronic orders, maintaining customer accounts, sourcing
products, and maintaining customer scheduled orders.
· Coordinate with Production to expedite/maintain customer orders
· Coordinate with Quality and Production to ensure Quality requirements are identified
· Support customer order entry, shipping instructions, and billing
· Accurately date the product realization process for incoming sales requests.




· Validate material usage requirements in the dating of production and sales orders.
· Manage inventory requirements to service sales expectations and cash flow targets.
· Properly schedule staff and equipment to meet the needs of the customer base, while
successfully meeting company performance expectations.
· Identify concerns and develop process improvement standards.
· Conduct timely communications with customer service, ensuring that any product
realization information necessary for the customer is available and accurate.
· Track on-time delivery and adjust processes accordingly.
· Create cutsheets as needed for department-specific orders.
· Manage inventory requirements to service sales expectations and cash flow targets.
· Create and maintain production order folders & schedules.
· Responsible for managing production floor planning boards.
· Rushing expedites to the production floor.
