Why This Role Matters

As a Pre-Litigation Demand Strategist, you will play one of the most strategic roles within our Pre-Litigation department. Rather than simply preparing demand packages, you will evaluate each case, analyze medical and legal evidence, develop settlement strategies,



and help maximize case value before negotiations begin.

You will work closely with our Demand Writing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and quality oversight while also serving as a trusted resource for clients throughout the pre-litigation process. This role requires someone who combines strong analytical skills with deep personal injury knowledge and the ability to communicate complex legal strategies clearly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

Case Strategy & Valuation
- Review pre-litigation case files to identify strengths, weaknesses, liability issues, and opportunities to maximize settlement value.
- Analyze medical records, treatment history, imaging reports, billing records, and supporting documentation.
- Develop strategic settlement recommendations based on liability, damages, policy limits, and injury severity.
