Asegurar la disponibilidad y correcto funcionamiento de las cajas refrigeradas, garantizando la continuidad operativa de la flota y soportando la ejecución del negocio en campo.
Responsabilidades
- Gestionar el inventario y disponibilidad de cajas refrigeradas
- Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento mediante mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento a proveedores y servicios (3PL)
- Atender y resolver incidencias reportadas por la fuerza de ventas
- Monitorear estatus operativo y generar reportes de seguimiento
- Apoyar la implementación de mejoras y proyectos operativos
Buscamos a alguien que:
- Tenga experiencia en mantenimiento de cajas refrigeradas
- Tenga conocimientos en refrigeración, electricidad y soldadura
- Cuente con experiencia trabajando con proveedores y operación en campo
- Un perfil organizado, resolutivo y con resistente enfoque a resultados
- Tenga manejo básico de herramienta
