Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Advanced Manufacturing - Industrial Engineering, the Junior Industrial Engineer supports the design, analysis, and improvement of manufacturing lines. The role is primarily focused on line optimization, material presentation,



workstation and production line design, and plant layout development using AutoCAD or similar CAD tools. The position conducts time studies, supports line balancing, develops practical layout and rack concepts, and works with operations, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and safety teams to implement safe, efficient, and scalable solutions. This is a hands-on development role that applies standard industrial engineering and Lean methods under the guidance of senior engineers and site leaders.
