- IMMEX Operations, Import & Export activities, Trucking Companies & Mexican/US Brokers Coordination,
- Annex 24 (Intrade as a plus)
- Main Task Imports and exports operations coordination of Service IMMEX company
- Freight Arrangements & Follow up with Trucking Companies
- Coordination with MX & US Customs Brokers
- Updating law & regulation changes as soon as they are published in the D.O.F.
- Ensure that the Company complies with global trade laws, and utilizes laws and mechanisms to reduce duty and tax liabilities.
- Oversee import and export transactions to ensure compliance with Mexico and U.S. Customs regulations, including US and MX HTS code, country of origin, value and description.
- Ensure on time deliveries (Imports and Exports) having all requirements needed to comply with Mexican and U.S. Customs regulation.
- Monitor cycle times for Import-Export operation and Customs clearance process.
- Determination of Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) Classifications for Imports and Exports.
- Coordinate the logistics with the Customs Brokers and the Freight Companies the movements of Import-Export.
- Coordinate activities with different operation departments.




Experiência y requisitos
- Business Career, international business or similar career.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position
- Strong knowledge for BOM levels.
- Organized and skills to perform different tasks
- Knowledge and experience with Office Word, Excel (graphs, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Very good organization and follow up skills.
- Responsible, direct, honest, self-starter, motivated, analytic & good prioritizing skills.
- Proactive.
- Company engaged and team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions.
- Ability to handle compliance management at a high level.
- Manufacturing systems for inventory & production knowledge also a plus (SAP)
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
