**Position: Operations Coordinator**
Juriquilla, Querétaro (On-site)
**Salary**: $45,000 MXN gross per month
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related (completed)
- Advanced English (spoken and written - mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations/logistics
- Experience in logistics and import processes
- Operational management and KPI analysis
- Experience in continuous improvement and process optimization
- Project management experience
- Team leadership experience
- Strong analytical and results-driven mindset
- Effective communication and organization skills
Technical skills:
- Advanced Excel (mandatory)
- Pivot tables
- Database management
- Data analysis
- Power BI (nice to have)
- ERP or logistics systems (nice to have)
**Responsibilities**:




- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations (imports, transportation, customer service)
- Manage import processes (customs, ports, suppliers)
- Oversee third-party warehouses (3PL)
- Control and optimize logistics costs
- Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs
- Implement process improvements (Lean, PDCA, etc.)
- Lead operational transformation projects
- Support new product implementation
- Develop cost reduction initiatives
- Integrate processes and coordinate internal teams
- Prepare reports for LATAM leadership
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis
- Manage and develop team members (5 people)
- Ensure daily operational performance
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously
