**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Assist senior quality engineers in conducting process audits and inspections on production lines.
- Support the documentation and maintenance of records for the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Participate in the analysis of non-conforming materials and assist in basic root cause analysis activities under supervision.
- Contribute to identifying and suggesting opportunities for process improvements based on audit findings and data.
- Collect and compile quality performance data from inspection reports and production metrics.
- Assist in creating basic reports, charts, and presentations to visualize quality trends for the project team.
- Support the project team by preparing and organizing documentation for project status reviews.
- Maintain logs and track action items related to quality improvement initiatives.
**What You Bring**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- No prior professional experience required; academic projects or previous internship experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Demonstrated interest in quality management, manufacturing processes, or power electronics.
- Technical Skills - Data Collection and Analysis, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Process Improvement and Technical Documentation.
- Behavioral Skills - Attention to Detail, Active Learning, Problem Solving, Collaboration and Communication.
