We are looking for a proactive, customer-oriented Sales Support - Accountant to join our team in Mexico. In this role, you will support accounting, inventory management, and customer administration while working closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners in a dynamic environment.
Your day-to-day:
Inventory Process Supervision — 30%
- Supervising inventory of products, accessories, and spare parts in our own warehouse and at third-party locations
- Serial-number control and traceability: receipts, issues, transfers, and allocation to projects and customers
- Running cycle counts and physical inventories; investigating and documenting discrepancies
- Reconciling physical inventory against the internal system and accounting records
- Supervising the returns process and consignment inventory held by partners and installers
Accounting — 40%
- Issuing and stamping invoices and payment complements (CFDI); validating tax data as requested by the customer
- Reconciling invoices, payment complements, and balances between the accounting system and the internal system
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable: follow-up, dispute resolution, and aging reports
- Bank reconciliation, follow-up on service payments, and downloading invoices from vendor portals
- Consolidating accounting information for the external tax firm and responding to its requests
- Managing project balances and reporting to management
- Monitoring minimum stock levels and obsolescence; inventory and valuation reporting
Administration & Customer Support — 30%
- Handling customer requests by phone, email, and ticketing system
- Managing and escalating incidents through to closure, with proactive customer follow-up
- Handling administrative requests: account setup, data changes, purchase orders, and vendor portals
- Resolving invoice disput
