Job Summary:
The Planning Finance role is a strategic finance leader responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, business performance analysis, and decision support across the organization. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Category, Commercial, and Executive Leadership teams to deliver actionable insights that optimize revenue, profitability, inventory, working capital, and operational efficiency.
The adecuado candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with a strong growth mindset, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence decisions across multiple organizational levels. This individual proactively identifies opportunities, leads complex financial initiatives, drives process transformation, and develops scalable financial solutions that enable business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Leads and advises on the most crucial business initiatives, leading several analysts across sub-functions within finance and across geographies/organizations.




• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Influence business decisions through data-driven insights and financial expertise.
• Support long-term growth initiatives, business transformations, and operational improvement programs.
• Provide financial guidance to business leaders on investments, cost management, and resource allocation
• Supports the business in ensuring that capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused to secure the greatest return on investment for the global company.
• Performs highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing a unique understanding of the business to achieve objectives effectively.
