Your role at Clorox:

Grow your career as a Financial Analyst and become a strategic business partner, helping drive financial performance across the CCAM business. In this role, you will collaborate with leaders across Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver financial planning, forecasting, business analysis, and actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making.

You will play a key role in shaping business strategies, identifying growth opportunities, improving financial processes, and influencing decisions that create long-term value for the organization while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
In this role, you will:
- Lead monthly forecasts and annual planning for the CAM PMU region (Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador,



Honduras, and Belize), including financial modeling and P&L; preparation.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities through timely analysis, accurate reporting, and clear communication of business results.
- Analyze financial performance versus Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare financial reports, KPIs, and presentations for Finance and Business Leadership.
- Deliver actionable insights by translating complex financial data into clear business recommendations.
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic initiatives, pricing, productivity, and investment decisions.
- Conduct profitability analysis across brands, categories, customers, channels, and SKUs to identify growth and margin opportunities.
